Veal in a Butter, Sage, and Fig Sauce

Veal cutlets are a delicacy that are never quite made right in restaurants. There are an infinite number of ways to  enjoy veal cutlets when you cook them at home. One of the simpler ways, but still deviously delicious, is to cook them  in a butter, sage, and fig sauce.

To do this, simply heat up the butter to medium heat and saute the sage and figs. When the sage has become hard and the figs soft, add the veal. Cook the veal for about 3-5 minutes on each side, until cooked throughout but still tender.

 

Remove from the heat and enjoy.
