A summer favorite of mine is the Greek frappe coffee. Light, refreshing, and easy to make…there’s no reason not to enjoy this international treat while by the pool this summer.
All it takes are the following simple ingredients:
4 tsp instant coffee (I know, I know…just try it, you’ll be surprised)
4 tsp sugar
150 mL water
A handful of ice cubes
Place the previous ingredients in cocktail blender and shake for about 30-60 seconds. The drink should now be frothy and delicious.
The last last step is to add 150 mL evaporated milk to the drink…stir and enjoy.
