Tapas, tapas, y más tapas! Small plates are one of the things I can never seem to get enough of. From Spanish style tapas, to American farmstead plates, they are constantly calling me.
Among small plates, the cheese plate reigns supreme. A cheese plate can be either complex or simple. You may just simply have a plate with a nice balance of cheese, fruit, and honey. Or you may choose a complicated symphony of multiple cheeses, fruits, and charcuterie.
On a busy night, it doesn’t get much easier then slicing a piece of cheese, some apple, and adding some honey and whole grain mustard to top it all off.
